What’s on the menu? Here’s a taste of some of our most devoured dishes.

Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Blend – a warming and veg-packed dish of cauliflower, sweet potatoes, carrots, petits pois, celery, red lentils and cannellini beans cooked with bay, garlic and onions in extra virgin olive oil and topped with fresh dill.


Soulful Lemon and Cannellini Orzo Soup – late summer courgettes, carrots and celery cooked gently with fresh rosemary, lemon and creamy coconut and served with red lentils, cannellini beans and orzo pasta and topped with flat leaf parsley.


Carrot, Sweetcorn and Sunflower Seed Bites with Margherita Dip – sticky mango, carrot, sweetcorn and sunflower seed oaty bites and a tangy tomato, basil and cannellini bean dip served with wraps, pitta bread and salad vegetables.


Smoky Paprika and Tomato Pasta – carrots, sweetcorn, celery and onions are gently cooked with kidney beans, red lentils and soya mince in rich garlicky tomato sauce with sweet smoked paprika and fresh herbs and served with coquillette pasta.

 

Vegetable, Cannellini and Piombi Pasta Stew – courgette, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, red lentils and cannellini beans gently cooked with rich coconut cream, fresh sage, bay and flat leaf parsley with a dash of apple cider vinegar and served with mini piombi pasta balls.


Carrot, Coconut and Coriander Soup – a blended soup of carrots and rich coconut cream slowly cooked with onions, celery, garlic and red lentils served with herby chickpeas and chopped fresh coriander. Autumn sunshine in a bowl!


As well as exciting, seasonal lunches and dinners, we can provide home-made muesli for breakfast and hand-baked biscuits for snack-time.
