Release form for Use of Images

To have a look at the photographs we take of our Two Teaspoons cooks please visit our Instagram and Facebook pages. You will see photos that focus on what the children are doing, so it tends to be just their hands in the pics – although we sometimes show their happy faces too! We use the photos to capture the spirit of our classes and show how brilliant children are at making seriously good food!

I hereby grant to Two Teaspoons Ltd (“Two Teaspoons”), its representatives, consultants and employees the right to photograph, film and/or videotape me and/or my child/children in connection with any of its cookery classes.

I authorise Two Teaspoons, its assigns and transferees the irrevocable right to use and publish such photographs/film/videotape (with or without our names) for any lawful purpose (including for example publicity, illustration, advertising and web content) in print and/or electronically (including, without limitation, on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Two Teaspoon’s website).  I acknowledge that all right, title, ownership in and to the photograhs/film/videotape, including copyright, to the extent permitted by law, shall belong to Two Teaspoons exclusively.

I hereby release Two Teaspoons, its assigns, transferees and legal representatives from any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use, reproduction and/or publication of any photographs/film/videotape.

This release is subject to the governing law and jurisdiction of the English courts.
